We work with filmmakers, cultural workers, activists, professional commissioners, musicians, stage performers, book smugglers, radicals, and roustabouts.

We have extensive experience with all variety of digital cinema cameras and production-related software, which are the preferred tools of our collaborators' revolutions and reveries, as well as our own.

We handle 4K+ acquisition and production, data management, post production, grading, sound design and mixing, and multi-platform delivery - from theatrical to VOD.

RESEARCH AND DOCUMENTARY WRITING

FORMIDABLE ENTITIES offers idea development, narrative-building services, and experienced researchers and interviewers. With backgrounds in library science and field research, we can unearth the perfect archival footage or find the longed-for last witness.

We can, if you wish, work with you from an idea’s conception to its unveiling.

We also offer online content management and have operational knowledge of file-based workflows used in video production, post-production, and distribution.
